Horse Leases

Lease Agreement Term:

The term of this agreement is January- October. The lessee is responsible for $200/ month plus half of all expenses for said horse. Ex- Vet (Shots, Wormer, Coggins, etc.), Supplements, Chiropractor, Farrier.

Lessee- gets to practice on horse 3 days a week besides their lesson and gets first right to show that horse at any shows through the year (Except for the Fair Show) without having to share unless they choose to share. Lessee agrees to not overwork the horse and to continue lessons to keep said horse trained properly for showing.

Lessor- still owns horse and has right to use horse in lessons throughout the season for anyone they deem fit and the right to distribute horses as needed for the Washington County Fair Show.
